Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in urgent temporary-to-hire and permanent roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across specialized industries
- Develop deep client relationships to understand evolving staffing needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: interviews, negotiations, onboarding, and retention
- Leverage LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche job boards for passive talent
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume tech/finance staffing or agency recruitment
- Proven track record of 20+ placements/month in competitive markets
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong network of Bay Area tech and finance professionals
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines with multiple concurrent searches
- BA/BS or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
