Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment cycles for software engineering and data science roles
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech forums
- Conduct deep-dive technical interviews and assessments for senior-level candidates
- Manage client relationships and negotiate complex placement contracts
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment workflows using Greenhouse and Lever ATS
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on cloud/AI/DevOps roles
- Proven track record placing 50+ candidates annually in Seattle tech market
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and technical competency evaluation
- Strong understanding of Washington's tech ecosystem and compliance regulations
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean search and recruitment analytics tools
