Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and place qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation with 25+ monthly placements
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ Atlanta-based tech companies
- Leverage Boolean search techniques and AI-powered tools to build diverse talent pipelines
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on compensation benchmarks and talent scarcity
- Mentor junior recruiters while optimizing agency recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with 3+ years at a staffing agency
- Proven track record of 100+ technical placements in Atlanta market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech forums
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, cloud technologies, and modern tech stacks
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with both candidates and enterprise clients
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent credential preferred
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
