Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job posting to onboarding
- Develop strong client relationships with hiring managers
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skill assessments
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates and job orders
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency or corporate recruitment
- Proven track record meeting KPIs (placements, submissions)
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn/Boolean
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Kansas industry knowledge preferred (aerospace, manufacturing, healthcare)
- SHRM-SCP or CERS certification a plus
