Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for niche specialties
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: interviews, offers, onboarding
- Develop client relationships through strategic account management
- Leverage ATS tools (Greenhouse, Workday) for data-driven decisions
- Drive recruitment metrics: 15+ placements/month, 85% fill rate
- Collaborate with marketing team for employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume placements
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- Strong network in Sacramento's tech/healthcare sectors
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
