Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-permanent roles across healthcare, IT, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive networking and digital recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job requisition intake, candidate interviews, client negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and position our agency as the premier talent partner
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Represent our agency at Nashville job fairs and industry events to expand our talent network
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record of placements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Deep understanding of Nashville's job market and key industry sectors
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with multitasking capabilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, CPC) preferred but not required
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for client meetings
