Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across Las Vegas industries
- Conduct engaging candidate interviews and assess cultural fit/skill alignment
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from application to placement
- Leverage job boards, social media, and networking for talent acquisition
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system
- Collaborate with team to meet weekly/monthly recruitment KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years recruitment/staffing agency experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Nevada driver's license (for client meetings)
