Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (healthcare, logistics, tech)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and placement coordination
- Utilize ATS systems and job boards to maximize candidate reach
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools
- Present detailed candidate profiles with actionable insights
- Meet weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment environments
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
