Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and job seekers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from onboarding to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management and reporting
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing requirements
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
