Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in weekly pay temporary-to-hire roles
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools
- Track and analyze placement metrics to optimize recruitment performance
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in Indianapolis market
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid Indiana staffing/recruiting certifications a plus
- Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious targets
