Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews and offer negotiations
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to meet client demands
- Analyze market trends to position candidates competitively
- Utilize ATS systems for candidate tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Oklahoma City job market
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
