Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital recruitment
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure optimal candidate-job fit
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement with 95% client satisfaction
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for efficient candidate management
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine recruitment approaches
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven recruiting/staffing experience in a high-volume environment
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with demonstrated success in executive search
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Valid Colorado staffing license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs and revenue targets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
