- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

- Meet monthly placement KPIs while maintaining exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans' job market and industry landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
