Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and industry networks
- Conduct rigorous interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Bay Area tech companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly placement targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years recruitment experience in tech/staffing industry
- Proven success in high-volume candidate placement and pipeline management
- Expert knowledge of San Jose's tech landscape and talent market
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in urgent, deadline-driven environments
