Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced recruitment strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal opportunities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and post-placement follow-up
- Develop innovative talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions in technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and improve placement metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs in competitive markets
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and clients
- Deep knowledge of Raleigh's local job market and industry trends
- Professional Recruiter (CPC/SPHR) certification preferred
