Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Leverage ATS systems and social media for talent acquisition
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation packages
- Maintain compliance with EEO and labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
