Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client assignments across Tucson
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines through our ATS system with precision and efficiency
- Conduct onboarding sessions for temporary and contract employees
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor regulations
- Collaborate with account managers to match candidates with ideal roles
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all staffing activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends
- Professional demeanor with client-facing experience
- Knowledge of local Tucson job market preferred
