Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse part-time roles across Seattle's key industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to match talent with perfect opportunities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding and documentation
- Utilize our proprietary ATS system to track candidates and job openings efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job postings and employer branding
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Proven track record in sourcing candidates for part-time or contract roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in documentation
- Valid Washington State driver's license for occasional client meetings
