Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Virginia Beach
- Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with precision
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and business goals
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate seamless onboarding processes
- Build and maintain relationships with local business partners and job seekers
- Track key recruitment metrics and contribute to strategic staffing solutions
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and agency best practices
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing or recruitment experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license for local client meetings
- Associate's degree or equivalent HR certification preferred
