Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across multiple industries
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain robust relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application placement to onboarding support
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics
- Stay current with DC labor market trends and industry best practices
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to ensure seamless candidate placement
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid US work authorization and ability to work on-site in Washington DC
- Proven ability to source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn and job boards
