Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.

- Conduct salary negotiations and offer management.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
