Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across technical and professional roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted recruitment campaigns
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and recruitment tools

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
