Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct hire positions
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across technical and non-technical domains
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Develop strategic partnerships with key industry clients
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to optimize hiring metrics
- Represent the agency at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement KPIs
- Strong technical knowledge in Raleigh's key industries (tech, healthcare, finance)
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Relevant industry certifications (CPSR, CSP) preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
