Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using advanced recruitment techniques
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital platforms
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers at Boston's premier companies
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with a focus on Boston market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in talent acquisition
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment methodologies
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural fluency
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
