Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end candidate recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mesa-area businesses to understand staffing needs
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries including healthcare, tech, and logistics
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competence
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes
- Collaborate with sales team to develop staffing solutions for client requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Strong understanding of Mesa's local job market and industry landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license (local travel required)
