Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from client needs analysis to candidate placement and onboarding.
- Sourcing & Networking: Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, and direct outreach strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their technical and cultural requirements.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical interviews to ensure a perfect fit for our client partners.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on salary trends and market conditions in the Denver area to provide accurate market feedback to candidates.
- Contract Management: Ensure all placements are compliant and that contracts are executed smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Sales Drive: A self-motivated attitude with a hunger to hit targets and exceed performance goals.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and pipelines simultaneously using CRM software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Denver office.
