Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing placements for 15+ client accounts with 95% fill rate accuracy
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shifts using ATS platforms and phone/video assessments
- Resolve urgent staffing gaps within 2 hours through on-call rotation and backup candidate pools
- Process payroll documentation and compliance paperwork for weekend staff weekly
- Build relationships with weekend workers through personalized onboarding and retention check-ins
- Analyze weekend shift performance metrics to optimize staffing strategies
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless handovers and coverage continuity
Qualifications
- 1+ years staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift management
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure scenarios
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for diverse candidate outreach
- Knowledge of California labor laws for weekend shift differentials
- Associate's degree or equivalent HR certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
