Responsibilities
- Sourcel, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients in Portland metro area
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for talent acquisition
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies weekly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in tech/healthcare sectors
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong understanding of Portland's talent market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
