Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to track candidate pipelines and ensure compliance
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Analyze market trends and provide data-driven insights to clients and internal teams
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid Indiana staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with attention to detail
