Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to placement
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and revenue
- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and networking for talent acquisition
- Document candidate data accurately in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing, recruiting, or sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting performance targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in commission-based roles
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
