Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical and executive positions using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding support
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ key client accounts in Minneapolis' thriving tech hub
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and identify emerging talent pools
- Utilize ATS systems to track KPIs and maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction metrics
- Lead quarterly talent pipeline development initiatives for specialized roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven track record in Minneapolis market
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche tech job boards
- Strong negotiation skills with documented success rate of 80%+ offer acceptance
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles while maintaining candidate quality
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
