Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect candidate-employer matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Leverage our proprietary ATS and CRM systems to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
- Stay updated on Cleveland's labor market trends and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in high-volume hiring environments
- Expert knowledge of Cleveland's talent landscape and major employers
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-CP or CERP certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
