Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities with local companies in Virginia Beach.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates for diverse positions.
- Consultative Sales: Consult with clients to understand their workforce needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate fit.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales and placement targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or B2B sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing priorities.
- Technology: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
