Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize advanced search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening: Conduct thorough phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit against client requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using our CRM software (Salesforce/SAP).
- Client Relations: Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on search progress.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate market insights to candidates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating the internet and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Research Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct effective internet research.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with diverse groups of people.
