Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews for potential candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage candidate data and resumes in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Research the local job market to identify new talent pools and industry trends.
- Assist in organizing and staffing for job fairs and networking events.
