Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for diverse industries including Technology, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors.
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical and soft skills.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including negotiation and offer extension.
- Develop strong relationships with local business leaders to understand their hiring needs.
- Track metrics and optimize sourcing strategies to meet weekly and monthly targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the Omaha, NE job market and local industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
