Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-caliber candidates across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with 50+ Raleigh-based companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to placement
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical roles
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients and candidates
- Maintain 95%+ placement satisfaction rate through post-placement follow-ups
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in Raleigh/Durham market
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually in competitive niches
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Strong network of local tech and healthcare professionals
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with ability to optimize recruitment KPIs
