Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates for high-demand positions
- Build and maintain robust client relationships in Philadelphia's key industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from screening to onboarding
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems for talent acquisition
- Drive team performance metrics including fill rates and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume placements (50+ placements/year)
- Expertise in candidate sourcing and interview techniques
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
