Responsibilities
- Execute a high-volume recruitment strategy to fill open positions across various industries in the Detroit metro area.
- Sourcing candidates through networking, social media (LinkedIn), and direct outreach to identify top talent.
- Screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients with a focus on cultural and technical fit.
- Managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive commission-based environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
