Responsibilities
- Proactively source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to fill open requisitions.
- Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local businesses to understand their evolving staffing needs.
- Assist with the full onboarding process, including background checks, drug screenings, and orientation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
