Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and initial phone interviews to assess fit and skills.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for open requisitions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and social media platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of job descriptions and postings.
- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site client visits.
