Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various channels including job boards and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary and contract placements.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients in the Wichita area.
- Update candidate databases and recruitment systems with accurate and timely information.
- Assist in onboarding new temporary staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time schedule.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
