Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize Boolean search, social networking, and professional communities to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably within the Software Industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong network within the Chicago tech community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
