Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently by identifying root causes and providing appropriate solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer trends and potential improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to commute to Philadelphia, PA or work on-site for specific shifts.
