Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Manage incoming calls and emails regarding product availability and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor or workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays (peak season).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
