Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior management.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily performance metrics.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
