Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Process customer orders, returns, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records in the internal database system.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate them to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
