Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases with current information.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide exceptional service that aligns with our brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Must be available to start immediately.
