Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients and customers.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records in the internal CRM database.
- Resolve product and service issues with patience and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
