Responsibilities

- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or reception is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software (Microsoft Office Suite).
